What you're paying for: A belting hideaway lodge shaded by coconut palms. "In which secluded beach cove would you care to take your champagne picnic this afternoon, sir?"
Accommodation: Traditional bure cottages furnished in woven bamboo and yaka timber flooring. Each has a private garden and open-air lava rock shower stalls.
Spotted: Michelle Pfeiffer, Russell Crowe, Bill Gates (Mr. Microsoft likes it so much he even spent his honeymoon there).
