Marine Life
Because of nutrient-rich Humboldt currents mixing with warm, tropical waters you can find 306 species of fish, as well as sharks and sea turtles in the Galapagos. Two of the remotest islands, Darwin and Wolf, provide extraordinary diving, with whale sharks, hammerheads, coral reefs and a whole microcosm of smaller fish in the lava-crevasses.
