This inhospitable volcanic island is peppered with lava bombs, cinder cones and bizarre creatures adapted to inhospitable environs. Galapagos penguins, brightly coloured sally light-foot crabs and Lava Herons gather around the base of Pinnacle Rock - an eroded tuff cone.
