British teacher dies in ski accident in French Alps

Ed How, 37, from Surrey, fell 650 feet to his death while skiing off-piste. He is the second Brit to die in the resort in a matter of days.
Mr How was skiing with friends in good conditions in Rocher Du Charvet when the accident happened.
Four members of the resort's rescue service arrived at the scene along with two doctors, but they were unable to resuscitate him.
A rescue spokesman speaking to the Daily Telegraph said: "The group was skiing a very well-known, classical off piste route where you need to have a good technical level of skiing."
"The man went to make a turn but he had a problem and fell down a series of cliffs."
Mr How was a popular chemistry teacher at Charterhouse school.
Last week in Val D'Isere, Thomas Lynch, 22, crashed into a snow-making cannon on the piste.
