An adventurous holidaymaker on a skydiving trip managed to capture on camera the moment an eagle got entangled in his parachute - causing him to plunge towards the ground.
Thrill-seeking Russian Vladimir Tsar'kov was enjoying his first flight over the Himalayas when a bird of prey hit his canvass and became entangled in the ropes.
The 24-year-old endured a rough landing with the aid of his emergence chute.
Once landed, the bird appears to still be wrapped up in the wires, but is freed and survives the ordeal.
