Woman arrested on train for talking loudly on phone for 16 hours

It's hard enough trying to get forty winks on an overnight train journey, but when a fellow passenger decides to have a marathon 16-hour chat on her mobile - it's nigh on impossible.
Lakesha Beard, from Oregon, was finally arrested for disorderly conduct after police were called by Amtrak staff following a series of passenger complaints.
Police said the 39-year-old became aggressive and was involved in a 'verbal altercation' when asked to be quiet during the trip from Oakland, California to Salam, Oregon.
Disgruntled fellow passengers said Ms Beard refused to stop nattering even after staff made repeated announcements for travellers not use mobile phones.
Ms Beard told Portland's KATU News that she felt 'disrespected' by the incident.
But perhaps her fellow passengers felt the same when they were trying to get some beauty sleep...
